We often get questions about how to manage your Salt.xo subscription, so today I'm going to give you a quick tour of your customer portal to show you just how easy it is to be in complete control." "When you first log in, you'll see your active subscription right here. It shows you what's in your next order and when it's scheduled to arrive. And be sure to keep an eye on our Loyalty Rewards banner! This is where we announce special perks, like the free gifts you get on your third and fourth orders. It's our little way of saying thank you for being a subscriber."
Move your cursor over the subscription card and the Loyalty Rewards banner as you read the corresponding lines.

How to Skip an Order
"If you're not ready for your next shipment, no problem at all. You can simply click the 'Skip' button right here. If you were to click it, your next order date would automatically push forward, and you won't be charged. It's that simple."
Hover your cursor directly over the "Skip" button while you explain it. DO NOT click it.

Change Your Order Date & More Menu
"If you need more flexibility, just click the 'More' button and you'll see all your options. From here you can apply a discount code, change how often you receive your order, pick a new delivery date, or even pause your subscription if you need a break. A calendar will pop up for the date, and you just choose the day that works best for you."
Click "More" to open the dropdown menu. Slowly hover your cursor over each option as you mention it. DO NOT click any of the options. Click away to close the menu when done.

Add a Product
"Feeling like treating yourself? You can easily add other products to your subscription by clicking the '+ Add product' button. From here, you can browse our collection and click 'Add' on any item you'd like. It will be added to your subscription, so it ships with every order going forward. It's a great way to build your perfect routine all in one place."
Scroll down and hover your cursor over the "+ Add product" button as you introduce the feature. Click it to show the product options, but DO NOT add a product. Click "Back" or "Cancel."

Manage Shipping & Billing
"And finally, if you ever need to update your address or payment details, you can do that by clicking 'Edit' in the 'Shipping' and 'Billing' sections. You can also apply a promo code right here in the Summary section. And see this? It shows you exactly how much you've saved with your subscription. Everything you need is all in one place."
Scroll down and hover your cursor over the "Edit" button next to the Shipping Information, then the Billing section. Point to the promo code field and the savings highlight. DO NOT make any changes.
